The location of this hotel is absolutely stunning, nestled in the surrounding forest and right next to a beautiful stream in the mountains. The hotel facilities, including the pools and hot tubs in the spa, were comfortable and relaxing. The staff were happy and helpful, providing excellent service throughout my stay. The breakfast at the onsite restaurant was varied and delicious, offering a different selection each morning.

We had a great stay at this place. It is located in a lovely area of London, close to Hendon Tube station, which made it really convenient for us to explore the city. The service provided by the staff was excellent and they were very responsive to our needs. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, heating, tea and coffee facilities, a comfortable sitting area. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a big plus for us, as we could stay connected throughout our stay. The room itself was clean and well-maintained, with a sink and free toiletries provided. The presence of a washing machine and cookware/kitchen utensils allowed us to feel right at home. The flat-screen TV and carpeted/parquet floor added to the overall comfort and ambiance. We also appreciated the friendly staff, who went out of their way to make our stay enjoyable. Additionally, the leisure facilities such as the off-site car park, golf course, and board games provided plenty of entertainment options. Families looking for a great place to stay should definitely consider this venue.
